Tony:

After five months being here at Parkland, it has become clear that my place is
not here and that it is time to seek out other opportunities. I do appreciate
the opportunity that was afforded to me, but I strongly feel that now is the
time to leave. Please consider Tuesday, April 15th, 2008, as my last day at
Parkland. That day is of course subject to change and I will accept an earlier
date if that is the desire of the company. Thanks again for welcoming me to
Parkland.
