- Idea for leagues restructure following TWL
- Head of Leagues (Sysop)
- Position responsibility
- All league map updates
- Primary Goto for all Leagues coordination with dev (basically help connect TWD / TWL heads with dev counterparts to accomplish their projects)
- Human Resources for both leagues (Keep track of all staff quotas and responsible for training all new TWL and TWD ops in their expectations site functions etc.)
- Primary decision maker for League changes that would usually fall on head sysops (minus MAJOR CHANGES would require council / other heads collabortating)
- Incharge of keeping track of all projects that Head of TWL / TWD are working on assisting them where they need help and making sure they stay on track / active in their rolls.
- Continue to look at options for additional Leagues that staff has the resources or assets available to run (TWHT TWDT TWEL etc)
- Could look at other options to help encourage activity competitively in the zone (Squad based tournaments during off-season etc)
- Head of TWD
- Incharge of working on projects to improve TWD (sounds vague but you know what i mean uppy already on it)
- Keeping track of TWD bans adjusting as needed.
- Running day to day operations helping twd ops with questions as needed etc.
- Head of TWL
- Improvements to TWL Rules, qualifications etc. The end goal being hopefully a renewed interest in the league.
- Incharge of Running operations for TWL finding hosts scheduling games making decisions on appeals.
- Tasked to find good candidates for future TWL-Ops.
