Hi everyone, my name is blank.

I was the developer of this community, I made the forum theme, the donation system, the ban system, and a lot of other things behind the scenes.
Three days ago, after resigning from the community due to various disagreements with the way it was ran, Tazhar(AKA Mike) approached me and asked me to return, offering a new set of terms for us to work together. I agreed to those terms, and in turn, I sat down with Mike for about 4 hours of my time, after a long day at work, to repair some of the issues in the community. Afer the work was done and the announcement was posted, Mike renegged on the terms we agreed on, and told me that I can either accept the terms we had before, or I could leave. I, in turn, told him I wanted to leave and receive the payment we agreed on for my work. Mike refused to pay me, saying that unless he was making money, he does not have to pay me for any of it. Keep in mind, Mike, at this point, has already withdrawn around the area of 300 pounds from the community account for his own personal use, while at the same time complaining he didn't have enough to pay for the servers.

I have chosen to make this dispute public against my core beliefs that such matters should remain private after my conversation with Mike yesterday. Red lines were crossed, and I no longer wish to be a part of this community.
