*** 'Chow' clips his MP5 to his chest before placing the rather fresh carp on the cold metal stove, using it as his cutting board he'd quickly grab his combat knife, with a few swift moves he guts the rather fresh fish before scaling the fish, this again with a few swift moves, it's obvious Chow is experienced behind the knife. Within minutes of starting the slices off the filets of the fish, laying them aside to rest while placing the 'empty' fish in the bin, he'd quickly slice up the fish in extreme thin slices, placing them on a small paper plate, this all before placing them inside a blue and white box, cutting a small handle ontop before sealing it off, writing CHOW'S on the front before placing it aside, he'd quickly repeat this with the second filet of fish, placing it in another box to ensure they stay separated.
