07:27 Molk your obviously going to need a way to deal with the rock and steel types that are on almost every team
07:27 Molk entry hazards such as spikes and stealth rock help a lot, moreso than other pokemon
07:27 Molk because the majority of swellow's counters are grounded

07:28 Molk and using u-turn during those turns
07:28 Molk its not that hard to wear them down
07:28 Molk another thing swellow enjoys having as a teammate is a pokemon that can just knock those pokemon out

07:29 Molk pokemon such as emboar and zangoose are good choices
07:29 Molk because they just hit so hard
07:30 Molk i havent tried this but zangoose+swellow could be a good offensive core

07:32 Molk for spikes your options are pretty much limited to garbodor and cacturne
07:32 Molk both of which are pretty good pokemon

07:38 Molk and check multiple threats like cincinno and even zangoose with mach punch

07:39 Molk and almost unstoppable once certain pokemon are removed
07:39 Molk it can also act as a good pivot on an offensive team

07:41 Molk it can lure in swellow's checks

07:41 Molk and either subdisable them to death
