Hello!
So, if i recall correctly, i havent been free of chat restrictions for 6-7 months straight. Regardless of my hard will to be better and nice, i always been discouraged by receiving wave after wave of new chat restrictions. Last one that i got in march had around 630 games. I was angry, because i thought my behaviour was good and didnt say much in chat previously.
2 months later.
5/25/2015 ... 1 game left of those 630.
Played as usual with my kawaii Star Guardian Lux <3 :* , i think i won.
I knew from previous waves that i can get next wave, even if i dont receive it immidiately.
Few games later, still no new chat restrictions. Something was wrong.
Lets go back a month.
I wrote a lengthy ticket about my will to improove and got a reply that i might get rid of the restrictions.
I had 250 games to proove that i`m good.
Tried my best to be a nice teammate, cheering up my fellow summoners. Never said "fuck" in those 250 games, i`m preety sure of it.
Present Day.
If thats really the end of my restrictions, i`d like to thank support staff for reading through all this b***s**t i was writing in my tickets. Lately i`ve been watching a lot of animes, and made a nice use of my 20k Influence Points to change my name to the best girl i`ve watched so far in anime, aside maybe from Mayushi <3. But since i loved it so much, i did not stop on only that. By lucky coincidence, there was new Lux skin avaliable that was still on sale. I couldnt resist. Nothing is so nice as cosplaying anime characters in game :D
Thank you guys, and lets hope i wont be punished in any way in the future.
Bonus love if the person reading this acutally watched Mirai Nikki.

Sorry for the delayed response, I am Wandering Samurai and I will be assisting you.

Unfortunately I have not seen Mirai Nikki, but the concept of the show sounds pretty cool so I will have to try and give it a watch on my free time! :)

Also I would like to note that while under a chat and ranked restriction your account will be reviewed at the end of the given punishment. Players who do not work on improving their behavior can see future restrictions and/or receive harsher punishments accordingly, so I would strongly recommend just muting players you are having issues with and refrain from saying negative comments or arguing with them to avoid receiving reports/punishments in the future. I would also suggest reporting players you are having issues with if you feel necessary after the game. Reports help us prioritize what accounts to look into for further disciplinary action. All players are reviewed individually and if others are deserving of disciplinary action, they will receive the appropriate amount.

i have literally havent said anything bad at anyone past month and a half. (basicly since last time i made contact with riot support) The representative of support staff told me that it is unlikely for me to get more restrictions if i follow the summoners code, as i did for the past month. Assuming that i wasnt free instant i made my games, and it took system to analyze 630 games a full 24 hours, i wonder how much time it will take to analyze whole 1915 games.

It is not about me anymore, its about the system. There is no humanly possible way to scout through milions of games just by human based system.

2 facts i know: i wasnt quite nice in the first half of the 630 restrictions wave, and i was PERFECT behavioured in the other half. If u ask me that fits " Players who do not work on improving their behavior can see future restrictions and/or receive harsher punishments accordingly" as i did work on improving.
I`d be totally fine with less restrictions (300 ish) or even a little more, as long as its less than 630, that would MEAN something about improoving my behaviour.

So, aparently, i have been 3x times as toxic as last time? Whats the measurement?
You know what? I see a pattern here, each consecutive restrictions was around 3 times larger than previous.
I was really sceptical about my theory untill i read some post on reddit.
Basicly a player that had 1.9k games, after completion, he received 7.9k.

I was so happy during those 24 hours of chat restriction free games, i guess your "system" was working slowly giving me a false hope. Thanks for everything, you are doing marvelous job at putting toxic players restricted! But why am i seeing them in my all chat from time to time?

PS: i`ve started this ticket during the hours after i got rid of my chat restrictions, to thank you. I`m not quite sure how it affected the fact that AFTER i made that i received a new ones. Please investigate my account, call Riot Lyte, call Obama, whatever, if u find one thing on me, i`ll admit that you did the right thing, if not, oh well, i know you wont find anything.

Hello again,

While under a chat and ranked restriction your account will be reviewed at the end of the given punishment. This means that all of your games during the restriction period are reviewed. Some context of the behavior was telling player to fuck off or fuck them in multiple games, though there was improvement near the end of your restriction period we still have to hold you responsible for the negativity that was displayed during the restriction period.

Please keep up that positive behavior during this restriction and if you find yourself about to say something that is directed in a negative manner please refrain from saying it and I recommend trying out the tips previously stated, I feel that these will help out a lot with preventing future punishments.

Also we saw your notes "Hey Riot Support Staff, i love you <3", "I love you Riot Support Staff <3". We love you too <3 despite having to issue you with more punishments, I hope this is understandable.

Oh, forgot, you cant have examples since i`ve been positive for 2nd half of my restrictions, and all you found is " "Hey Riot Support Staff, i love you <3", "I love you Riot Support Staff <3". ". Cool, i`ve improoved, but no, i need 3x times as much chat restrictions, good job! You convinced me that i`m improoving! Totally!

I know you cant do anything about those restrictions, just admit it, and i wont contact this support staff ever again, since its pointless. Next time i`ll just go straight up to Riot Lyte, he`ll either smite me or just fix everything that normal employees cant.

I`m not sure who is playing who here, support staff strictly Lying to players or the "human eyes" beeing harsh and dont see dates of the games with better quality behavior. I know you could watch into my other tickets, made it easier for You to focus on important stuff.

I'm sorry for the confusion or if you were provided with a false expectations, the previous support was simply trying to provide you with insight as to how the system works. The reason you were issued with more restrictions is because this account has had a large amount of separate cases of restrictions, meaning you have had multiple instances to show reform and there is still a lot of negative instances within your restriction period.

I won't be able to help you any further regarding this account's suspensions, but if you have any other questions or concerns about anything else please let me know.

The unacceptable behavior was not the positivity expressed towards the end of your restrictions, but from the first half of your punishment, context in regards to this was previously stated. Keep up the positive attitude within your games for the full duration of your restrictions and you should have no problem ridding yourself of these.

Unfortunately I have not be able to start watching Mirai Nikki, but from the images you have linked I can get a general idea of what you can do, however violence will not remove these restrictions.

Lets hope you will get new systems running asap. If you dont know what i`m talking about: The new system might recalibrate curret chat restrictions to determine if player need more or less of those, depending on recent behavior, in my case i`d be free right now. Sadly if you were to do that manually for 1 player, milions of others would ask for the same.
I think we missed the whole point of this support ticket, BY FAR. And i`m really tired of this kind of support. Wont give any positive feedback, unless it actually provides fair treatment for the players, in the end we are the customers.
