  15. maltose rest: 63° for 30 mins
  16. saccharification rest: 73° for 25 mins
  17. finisch masching: 76°
  18. cooking time of the wort: 75 at least mins
  19. hop additions:
  20. 1. hop addition: at the beginning of the cooking 25g of Tettnanger Aromahopfen
  21. 2. hop addition: after 20 mins 25g of Tettnanger Aromahopfen
  22. 3. hop addition: after 75 mins 25g of Tettnanger Aromahopfen
