  5. And they fought over custody as always
  6. And his mother should have won him, but his father paid the judge
  7. But not because he wanted Anar but bc he wanted to win
  8. But to Anar that didn't matter because he was father and he couldn't have both parents so he was going to cling to on e of them
  9. But since his father didn't really want him really he also didn't really take care of kids well
  10. And so Anar kinda had to grow up fast
  11. And he did all the house chores and made sure to have dinner ready for his father and all because he wanted to be helpful (as he didn't really know why his mother was gone. But it had to be his fault right?)
  12. And he didn't have many things at home - his father used so much money for the lawsuit hes in debt - no tv, no real anything (no friends, either, no common ground to connect)
  13. He went to the library sometimes to read but that's all he had to entertain himself
  14. And then his father had a business trip to a less popular area and more nature
  15. And he made friends there and they basically did a bunch of running around and exploring
  16. And he just really liked that (tho once his fathers business was done he never saw them again)
  17. So basically he associates running and stuff with his friends which is why he's always wanting to be active
  18.  
  19. His father never really warmed to him (he's always a reminder of what almost was, what could have been)
  20. And actually his father uh "disappears" because well too much to deal with
  21. And Anar just
  22. Felt really bad because he couldn't help
  23. And didn't know how to help but
  24. And he was already in high school by then but still had a few years before he was legal to be alone
  25. And so he was tossed around from person to person on his dad's side
  26. (And he's hearing all this talk about how his father left bc there was too much to deal with ever since his mother and father split and a child on top of that gosh)
  27. And basically through trial and error he has found the best way to 'help' people is to be happy and upbeat
  28. And it's a calculated personality he is showing, but he isn't alll sad either bc he doe s feel better knowing he isn't a complete burden
  29. And sharing a smile is better than nothing
  30. And he's just gotten used to it - being happy is his default
  31.  
  32. I guess in terms of sad the saddest is really (well besides his father disappearing) is that he's used to just smiling through everything
  33. But he doe s mean his smiles most times so
