Murasaki Online Meeting

Today was the day Murasaki was going to meet her online friend in person for the first time. Well not in-person really but over an online call. She had her webcam and mic ready but she would keep the webcam turned off at first until she made sure they weren't weird. Bebe was clutched in her lap and strained against the weight of Murasaki's heavy chest and her clawed fingers as she nervously waited for her friend to come online.

 

They met through an MMO where Murasaki played a tank role and was renowned on her server for her sheer defensive play and her friend played a ranged class and was notorious for being obnoxious but skilled. Together they spent many hours glued to their seats playing together much to the chagrin of Murasaki's sister. Even so neither had heard each others voices and simply used in-game chat to converse. Curiously her friend played a male character so Murasaki wondered if she had made her first male friend.

 

[flatjustix] logged on to the client and Murasaki's eyes lit up. She raced to the chat window and immediately bombarded her friend "Hey are you ready? :o I've got my mic ready ;) Hurry up so I can hear your voice!" The messages went on until the chat window was full and Murasaki clutched Bebe-tan as she anxiously waited for a reply.

 

Her friend simply replied with "I'm ready" and invited Murasaki to a call. Both had their webcams off and struggled to even get a word out until finally Murasaki heard a deep voice call out to her "Is this Rapunzel?" they asked. Something seemed peculiar about their voice, as if it was modulated, but Murasaki swept her concerns aside.

 

"Yeah this is Rapunzel!" Murasaki named her character after her favourite character from a web novel series. Of course 'Rapunzel' was taken so she had to settle for 'x_Rapunzel_x' "I can't believe we're doing this! I'm so nervous!"

 

It was silent on the other end and Mursaki assumed her friend must have disconnected until she heard a high pitch female voice screech out "Murasaki!? Is that you!?"

 

Murasaki ducked behind Bebe-tan as if she was being scolded until she realised that voice sounded familiar. "Futsure?"

 

On the other end Mirai turned her camera on and scowled "Just call me Mirai, dummy!"

 

If Murasaki could squeal like a groupie at a concert she would have but her soft, monotone voice was only capable of an exasperated gasp. She turned on her webcam, which was embarrassingly pointed at her heavy teats, and simply gushed at her author-hero "I can't believe it was you all along!? I got to play with Futsure! It's so cool! I love all your stories! When's the next chapter!? Why do you play a male character? Don't want people to know you're a girl?"

 

Mirai's face was visibly dead inside from the view of hefty mammaries jiggling on her screen "Yeah, that was it..." Mirai pointed at Mursaki's cam feed until the position was fixed. "To be honest I just wanted to know who was using that character name. I'd like to say I'm surprised but..."

 

"I just like the name and the stories! Do you want me to change it!? I can get a paid name change!" Murasaki rambled on "Wait were you only playing with me just to get me on cam?"

 

A tinge of guilt struck Mirai deep inside and she tried to shake it off "You can keep the name" her eyes looked away from the camera shyly "and I did have fun, it wasn't some trick, I still want to play with you again."

 

Bebe-tan fell to the floor, the stuff toy just relieved to not be crushed in Murasaki's grasp any longer, and Murasaki almost kissed the monitor. "I had fun too! I want to play right now! It'll be so cool having voice chat!"

 

Murasaki pulled Mirai into another lengthy session of playing together. Convinced she could 'die happy now' Murasaki could have kept Mirai going until they expired from sheer exhaustion but Mirai had no plans of passing away just yet and made sure her obsessed fan at least attempted to get some food and sleep. As the session came to a close they said their goodbyes, for now, and Murasaki eagerly awaited their next meeting.
