1.	  In 1978, together with other activists, Walesa began to organize several free non-communist trade unions. He was kept under surveillance by the state security service and was frequently arrested. Transiting Uranus conjunct with his IC influenced his family life as well - he was deep into conspiracy, and therefore left his wife feeling very alone and neglected. Sometimes one does not want to be a leader, or even hero, but his charts fit perfectly into the planetary energies, and so history just took its course. One decision in a mystical way leads to another, but many important things start from a primary impulse known as conjunction.
2.	        The cycles of Jupiter and Saturn have influenced our history many times. These conjunctions are periodical, and happen once in about every twenty years, if Jupiter and Saturn don't retrograde. We can easily draw between pattern of those conjunctions: in 1921 they met in Virgo, in 1940-41 they met twice in Taurus, in 1961 they met in Capricorn - so the pattern shows retrograde trine in one triplicity. Sometimes, irregularly, this triplicity changes into another, but this cycle takes 724 years. Changing triplicity is extremely important for world history and civilization, as it brings a time of big revolutions and new opportunities for mankind.
3.	        The first conjunction, which has appeared in the new triplicity, is known as the "Great Mutations". "The influence of each mutation is spread over a period of just under two hundred years, and the effect are slow in operation and are brought into effect by the different eclipses, transits, etc., which fall thereon during such period." - is written in Raphael's Mundane Astrology (Mundane Astrology, Book 2. 4.	        The most important mutation is when Saturn and Jupiter meet twice in the new triplicity, like in 1980-1981, because both the Great Conjunction and Great Mutations are working together.  Previously, triple Jupiter-Saturn conjunctions have occurred in 1682-1683 in Leo and 1940-41 in Taurus.
5.	The Great conjunction in Taurus has also afflicted Mars and Venus in Adolf Hitler's chart, his natal Sun was in Taurus too. But in a deeper sense, Taurus is about land and money, as an earthly sign. Therefore the world economy was first ruined during the second World War, but after that the progress noticed never before in human history appeared. Taurus is about wealth, industry and farming. It's ruler is Venus, benefic planet holding armies at home.
