Long loading/hyperjump times

For about the last 2 days I've been experiencing long, sometimes extraordinarily long waiting times when loading into the game (the screen where you see a model of your ship, and during hyper jumps. Before, those tended to be anywhere between 5-15 seconds. Now, they tend to 30-60 seconds, and I've had 2-3 minute long ones as well.
Getting in and out of SC seems to be affected as well, although to a much more minor degree.

I am positive that everything with my Internet connection and my PC is in perfect order.
Please let me know if there is any further information that I can supply you with to help resolve this.
