  1. CSM RIGHT NOW opened memo on board APPROVIN STUFF YOO.
  2. CCC made SM an OP.
  3. CSM gave SR voice.
  4. CURRENT serpentineRoyalty [CSR] RIGHT NOW responded to memo.
  5. CSR: Yes hello hello
  6. CSM: Okay, what questions do you have about your character's abilities?
  7. CSR: Well. Juliet has been modified slightly and turned into a Dullahan, aka headless horseman. Except she's lacking the whole "death dealing" abilities, and a horse.
  8. CSR: I wanted to know if this was still acceptable
  9. CSM: What does this entail then?
  10. CSM: Does this mean she can remove her head at will, because that's what I'm getting from the description of "headless horseman".
  11. CSR: Well, her head isn't connected to her body, yeah
  12. CSR: But she's still "alive"
  13. CSM: Right, okay. I must ask -- how does the rest of her body survive without her head, and vice versa?
  14. CSR: I believe the whole deal is that they can survive separately of one another unless one is destroyed. And the method of staying alive is Fae magic.
  15. CSR: Considering headless horsemen are considered fairies of the unseelie court
  16. CSM: How does Fae magic work, then? Does it create a magical bond that allows the head to survive without support from the heart, allow blood to come to it, or allow the body to move without the brain?
  17. CSR: Magical bond one would assume.
  18. CSM: Where does this magical bond come from? Surely the brain is needed to create the magic, and it cannot work with the body if it's not attached to it.
  19. CSM: Also, can the magical bond affect others - and if so, how?
  20. CSR: It wasn't her that created the magic. She was enchanted by other beings that transformed her. And no, the bond cannot affect other people. Her head and body share the bond with each other and nothing else.
  21. CSM: That makes more sense, thanks for clearing that up.
