I know you're under the weather at the mo so you should take it easy for a few days and just relax mate. I don't want you to kill yourself over the mod whilst you're recovering from your op. You need your rest, come back to this when you're relaxed and ready - we can wait.

 

 

 

As far as the UDK goes - do a fresh install and get the 1.4 build from the FTP (if it doesn't work, email me asap) - follow the readme/designdoc tut as before - runnin the UDK before you edit any ini's, to allow the other ini's to initialize - just follow it step by step to eliminate any poss problems. After it's stabe add your own scripts. At least you know what causes the crash then/can narrow it down.
