ReZero Commentary Track BD 1

Basically all the comments of that track are mostly really silly things in general, but I'll mention the ones that made me laugh or caught my interest the most. The guest for the commentary track were Kobayashi Yuusuke (Subaru), Rie Takahashi (Emilia) and Yumi Uchiyama (Pack):

>At some point the tree of them are making fun of Yumi about Pack's weird voice when he turned big, Rie starts mimicking the "hoho" laugh and saying she always laughs like this
>Kobayashi comments how it's kind of hard for him to make all the suffering lines for Subaru, specially since he feels he sweats a lot while doing them and he's always mostly surrounded by girls and feels like Rie (who's always next to him) gradually starts taking her distance from him, she jokes it's not true and she probably only does it because of the heat/temperature of the room
>Kobayashi also comments the mood in the room kind of feels awkward when there was scenes with Subaru dying for some reason, like he stops his acting and everyone falls quiet, Yumi mentions she feels the pain of Subaru
>At some point they start talking about what they may have in common with their characters, Rie mentions she mentions some old words sometimes like Emilia, Kobayashi mentions he tries to find all of Subaru's bad points and relate them to his bad points too
>At some point Rie asks the other two what they think about Don chin kan (those 3 that always attack Subaru) as in who they'd take as their brother or who would they take as their boyfriend
>Rie mentions Subaru is really diligent when he wants to achieve something, Kobayashi mentions it's all because of his feelings for Emilia, Rie isn't convinced that Subaru fell in love for Emilia just because she saved him, Kobayashi says it's because Emilia is tremendously gorgeous too, Rie asks if Subaru would've fallen for anyone cute then why didn't he pick Felt, Kobayashi says it's because she is a kid, and that isn't his opinion but Subaru's
>They wonder what Pack is doing when he's not around, Yumi mentions he's doing some muscle training inside that green crystal to protect Emilia. They wonder how Pack would look like if he basically grew by all that training, and if he'd gain an human form, Yumi is all worried that they could change the cast for him if he did
>They talk about Pack's age. They mention it's 420 years old, which would make it "shi ni zero" and they joke about this asking if Pack is the main antagonist of the series(shi ni zero just sounds like shi ni modori). Kobayashi mimics Subaru's voice as if finding out Pack was the big bad guy, Rie and Yumi follow his acting too. They joke that they don't really know anything about this but say that if this part of the audio track gets cut out later then it meant they were spoiling everything without knowing it
>Rie asks why wasn't there much illumination at the loot house, she mentions Subaru would've seem Romji's corpse and ran away from Elsa and that could've been the end of re:zero, Kobayashi retorts saying Elsa would've still chased them
>At some point they all try to mimic Elsa's lewd sound with her lips when she's drinking that coup of milk in the loot house, they all try their best to mimic the sound except Rie who just basically makes a weird sound instead
>Kobayashi mentions since they repeat a lot of scenes with slight changes they also have to sometimes make the same voices 2 or 3 times and that the sound they record isn't just doubled, which is hard to make sometimes. Kobayashi mentions the second time he makes the same voice (mostly just screams or something like that) it makes him want to be louder the second time, same for Yumi. Rie wonders if she'd have lines like that and mentions if she does it'd be "otankonasu"(dummy). They make fun of Rie because the word itself is very funny, Koyabashi mentions he'd have to repeat "kyoubi kikaneena"(you don't hear that nowadays) too


Well, those are the ones that I remember right now and that I also enjoyed hearing. I never really heard any of the radio programs before, but my main impression from the seiyuu is that Kobayashi is the more composed guy among the 3, Rie is just basically always messing around whenever she gets the chance and Yumi gets bullied by both Rie and Kobayashi most of the time too.
