How? Honestly I can't tell what this women is doing legally wrong? Enlighten me?

EDIT 2: Ahh I get. I think people are thinking I am saying basically "It is fine that she is doing this as long as its legal". But what I am really wondering is why 4chan sent the screencaps to the police. It was implied she did something illegal and I honestly thought I missed something.
