First off when did the no tolerance for disrespect shit start like srsly. Not saying I support disrespect but people seem to be taking it way too far you can't even joke about something without someone freaking out. If you can't ignore a joke or a small insult then why are you staff? Just ignore people its simple don't let them get under your skin. Also how come I keep seeing people tolerate no disrespect whether they are joking or not but that person will literally disrespect that person in the warning they give and after it like cmon people.

Second thing how come most people think shooting=kos they don't even bother to ask what you're shooting at or who etc. They just want a reason to kill every chance they get I could be shooting at a t for all you know or doing something else. Just because i'm shooting doesn't mean I am a t you could ATLEAST ask first god. In my opinion unless someone is like harassing you I wouldn't gag them or ban them. What I mean by harassing you is when they do it all the time across multiple days or across multiple maps etc. If you don't know what harrassing is then I can't help you. For example nobody made a really good point that I shall quote here

Third i'm seeing a lot of newer staff being extremely biased on slaying. If one of there friends gets rdmed they will slay the other person without getting their side first. I am also seeing people not handling rdms unless it directly involves them like a friend getting rdmed or themselves. I recommend never handling your own rdm because obv you are gonna be biased because you were apart of it. Just tell the person what they did wrong and ignore it. If theres another staff on please ask them to handle it and explain why.

You guys don't have to be so strict on the rules its not a fucking prison its a place where people go to have fun you don't have to be so harsh to enforce the rules. Usually talking with people will get more done then slaying them.
