  32. Links to all previous applications for every division: Only one for 1942RP (Accepted by Nial) http://peopleofgaming.com/forum/showthread.php/14501-Nik5345-Moderator-Application
  33.
  34. Will you use your powers for your own or others benefit?: I will use my powers to bring justice to the 1942 Roleplay servers. I am not after the Moderator position to benefit myself.
  35.
  36. Will you abuse your powers?: No, I will not abuse my powers.
  37.
  38. Are you biased?: I am not biased towards myself or certain individuals. If I was to deal with someone who I considered a friend, I would take care of it without the fact that they are friends into the final outcome.
  39.
  40. Do you understand all components of the rules list?: I understand all of the components of the current updates rules list. I try my best to re-enforce them ingame by informing other players if they are not sure about them.
  41.
  42. Do you enjoy Drama?: I do not enjoy unnecessary drama caused by arguments or events. I like to get things done efficiently and without too much hastle.
  43.
  44. Describe yourself (Minimum 1 paragraph): I am currently a GCSE student studying in England. I enjoy playing different sports and going to my locale Cadet Regiment. In my spare time I play games and socialise with various people from all over the world.
  45. One of my first games on which I spent money on was Garry’s Mod. I used to enjoy playing on various Sandbox servers, and just about 5 or so months ago I stumbled upon People of Gaming. I used to be obsessed with 1942RP, as if it was a drug. I did take about a 1 or 2 month brake from the servers, but I gave in and started playing regularly again. When I turn on my computer, I find myself in the POG TeamSpeak talking to different people, and my screen filled with the 1942 loading screen.
  46. I like to consider myself a helpful and friendly person, who likes to have a laugh every now and then. This could be seen from my previous moderating experience with POG, as I enjoyed making events in which many people got involved in.
  47.
  48. Why should we trust you? (Minimum 1 paragraph): I believe you should trust me due to who I am. I have a lot of experience with 1942, which can be backed up by myself being a moderator for it. Before my unfortunate incident, many players did not have a problem with me, which I can also back up by not having any admin abuse threads pointed towards me. I have a good understanding of how everything is ran and how it should be handled. Do I have to also mention that I was one of the people who reported the infamous Factory exploit to the upper administration, helping to bring an end to it? In the end it is your personal view about myself which determines if you trust me or not.
  49.
  50. What do you have to offer?:
  51. - I am a dedicated person, who can get online when someone is in need of help. Even if I am busy with another game, I will be sure to free up some time to get online and help.
  52. - I have extensive knowledge of the rules and the server, which I can use to my advantage when moderating.
  53. - I am fluent in Russian, which provided to be useful when I acted as a translator in one of the admin sits. Recently more of the Eastern European population has started to come online, and most speak some form of Russian.
  54. - I am in a Time zone where the least amount of moderators are located. Most of the time when I am online I do not see any moderators, until it gets to about 8 pm when I start seeing more American ones.
  55.
  56. Recommendations From Administrators (Include proof; Admins must verify on app):
  57. - Juno 4: [insert image here]
  58. - Niko: [insert image here]
  59. If I get more recommendations as time progresses, I will add them on here.
  60. I would like to also mention that I have learned from my demotion, and can assure everyone (staff and players) that it will not be repeated if I were to be a moderator a second time.
  61. Thank you for reading and I am looking forward to any comments of criticisms
