Rainbot usage:
/tip 1006411 <amount> "<users> <lookback> [optional message]"

Where <amount> is the amount to rain, <users> is the number of most-active users to tip, and <lookback> is the number of previous messages to use when calculating the most active users. If you want to change the default message, include it after the two numbers (Do not include the square brackets).

EXAMPLE:
/tip 1006411 5 "20 500"
will tip the 20 most active users in the past 500 messages.

If the bot cannot find enough users to tip or if you ask it to look up more messages than it has, it will return the tip to you with an error message.

Please note that the bot takes a 5% fee from the total amount of the tip as a developer fee. If you do not agree with this, do not use the rainbot.
