At more than five feet in length and with at least two feet across, this weapon rivals a small human in height, nonetheless a tall dwarf. An intricate crimson outline of a polar bear has been carved against the smooth, black body of the blade, edge of which curves inward markedly before flaring back out at the top, serrated edges offering a menacing display of the claymore's intented use. The cross-guard is, by comparison, simpler; little more than a curved black piece of steel that has been firmly placed to hold the blade and hilt together, with medium-sized steel hoops attached at each end. A narrow piece of blackened steel functions as the hilt with another perpendicular piece at the bottom, both wrapped tightly in white leather.
