-damage enemies by pressing down on them
-if you can't make a jump the first try, keep trying because you can probably make it
-you can pick up those things on the ground that look like balls by pressing b. you pretty much have to be inside them to pick it up, the mechanics are a bit weird.
-the definition of a "boss" is obvious in the game
