Greetings It has come to our attention that parts of the mainstream media has been attempting to manipulate the conversation on the Black Lives Matter movement.

At the time of this writing 829 US citizens have been killed by law enforcement. Of them 173 did not possess a weapon at the time of their death. More than half of those killed were black. We are in agreement with the Black Life Matters movement that this situation is unacceptable.

We also are aware that the fictitious ‘war on cops’ has no relation to fact and that police in 2015 twentyfour police have been killed in the line of duty making this year the safest year for US law enforcement in 25 years as police violence continues to increase. The resources are available below.

As we suppose that these medias outlets have access to the same information, we must assume this reality to be nothing less than a campaign of deliberate misinformation. We seek to correct that.

Tomorrow Saturday morning at 0900 CST a non-violent action is hosted by Black Lives Matter Austin at 1100 Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78701 at the same time as the Police Lives Matters will also marching to the capital.

We are asking that in support of the Black Lives Matter Austin demonstration and in the face of these blatant, manipulative and shameful lies you tweet the truth. We request you begin at 0900 CST tomorrow 19 Saturday. We offer the tweets below and encourage you to make use of them or to add your own.

We require the information to be free. We prefer it be accurate. People are dying and it is time for this lying to end.
