Previous Experience: I have experienced throughout a lot of games, from cs:go and cs:s servers to Garry's mod servers, to Minecraft servers. I was a moderator on Avectious, This is where I learnt all of the HCF commands and when to use them correctly. HCF+KitMap server 30+ players per day. I was a moderator on Werewolf gaming, which was a Jailbreak Garry's mod server. I learnt how to deal with most different people and different moods. 90+ players a day. I was also an admin on Zarp gaming, a DarkRP Garry's mod server, likewise to werewolf gaming I was dealing with all different kinds of people. I have been staff on many more Minecraft servers but most of them have been over a year ago. I know how to successfully use all the commands so I am not rusty on that.

Skills and Reasons:

Reasons:

1) I am pretty confident that I how to find the simplest hacker to the most hidden client known. I now know the most effective ways to stop time wasting when screen sharing and can now successfully find a client in a short amount of time. I am confident in my work and I will most likely find if a hacker is hacking or not shortly into the screen share.

2) I have racked up a lot of hours and dedication into HCgames. I have played over 5 hours a day almost every day at the very least, interacting with players in-game and throughout the forums. At the same time, I realise that activity is useful and key, but it's more about what you do with it.

3) I plan to spend my time doing as much as I can in the amount of time I have, if I was to get staff I would not stop until the players are happy. Most days I see "staff tp hacker" or "staff move me in ts". I want to turn this around and give the staff experience.

4) I understand and realise that communication is key when you are a staff member. If you are toxic and encourage foul language you are not fit for staff. From my experience, I know how to interact with anyone. I know how to deal with and calm down anyone that is in a bad mood. I understand how to evaluate a situation and realise if it's a troll or not.

5) I feel that because I am EU I can help out a lot more than most staff just due to the fact that I can be on when it's early hours of the morning for others, I will be there when the server is full of hackers in the morning hours.

6) I know how to successfully use any command thrown at me. I know how to use the rollback commands and I am experienced in other commands.

7) I know how to evaluate any situation and conclude if they are a hacker or not, from xrayer to suspected auto clicker, I can quickly figure out if they are hacking.

Skills:

Maintaining chat is a good starting point for my skills.
Knowing that HCF is the second most toxic game mode, I know how to successfully and efficiently keep a chat clean I know when and when not to interfere with someone talking, I know the difference when people say "nigga" to "nigger" and how to react maturely and professionally.

My professionalism is my second strong point.
I know how to react to unique situations calmly and effectively enough to be seen as professional. Most servers have staff that just want staff for the commands and or to abuse. I am the opposite. I use my powers when needed and don't abuse in any way shape or form.

Catching hackers/Recording.
As I have been playing Minecraft for a long amount of time I can successfully and efficiently evaluate a situation and quickly figure out if the person is hacking. I can notice the slightest changes to the average player to determinate if they are cheating. I look how their head moves and or twitches if they can hit further than the other player and so on. I find catching xrayers quite easy compared to PVP hackers as it is most of the time obvious. When it isn't, I will watch them for as long as I have to until I conclude whether or not they're xraying.

Helping the community.
With all my previous experience, skills and abilities, I feel that I have a lot to bring to the table. Not only can I be active and on when most staff aren't, I can bring a lot of helpfulness. Almost every day I see a person in chat say "staff move me in ts" or "staff tp" and then they get really impatient. I see a lot of potential in me becoming staff and I hope that I can make an improvement to the community. When I am doing staff things and handling the servers I won't stop until the players are confident and happy with their gameplay.

Enforcing the rules.
When I am catching hackers, or I am looking for them at least, I always record. I have no problem uploading the evidence and usually do to youtube, just in case they make a staff abuse report or similar where it is needed to respond. I know how most anti-cheat plugins and flagging systems work so I understand when they are correct or not (Most of the time)

Other Information:

I have a job most Mondays and Saturdays, so on Mondays I will only be able to play 2 hours and Saturday I should be able to keep 5+hours.
