OK--Andrew, while you do not seem to have any of the particular skills we are seeking, you do have the ability to express yourself quite effectively and I respected the letter you wrote me.
It impressed me, but also depressed me because young people are having such a hard time fitting into the challenges of the highly technical and complex world you have inherited.
My own children are just a tad older than you.
I cannot make any promises other than I would be happy to meet you in person.
I am available tomorrow, Thursday from 10-2. If you cannot make it then, I would need to push it to next week.
I am anxious to get someone in place as the person leaving the job has been here (are you ready) 12-years.
It used to be a full time job, but like many things our business model has drastically changed.
Perhaps having some new younger blood would be good.
There is alot to learn here, not only about the different processes but about the small business world in general.
Hope you can make it.
We are a casual work place, so no need to wear a suit! LOL
