My friend is being eloboosted and he also (I believe) sold his account for money ($).
I have a lot of image attachments that show detailed proof handled by the name of the image.

Apparently, he sold the account to his "korean friend."

Here are a list of what the images include:
The booster.png - conversation I have with the booster / the buyer
The boostee.png - conversation I had with my "friend" that got boosted / sold his account.
same person.png - proof that they are on my friends list and my notes match
same person (2).png - proof that they are on my friends list and my notes match (image 2)
them duo queue.png - checked OP.GG (a website for viewing matches) that they are duo-queueing (He is not two people, so it definitely means he is being elo boosted / sold his account)!
rengo 1.png - match history (with a text note) that explains how he 99.9% got boosted as well as he never plays rengar and they are all played on like the same day.
rengo 2.png - continued of rengo 1 - just full list of his games

I believe this should be punished because it is not fair to those who get higher ranks by themselves with their work instead of being elo-boosted. Sharing/Selling/Buying accounts are also prohibited.
