Lets just run over all the facts: (1) Milo was raped by a priest when he was 13. (2) Milo has not coped with it healthily. instead, he makes jokes about it and gets anxiety. (3) Milo believes some 16 and 17-year-olds can consent, and also, that 15 year old boys can be the aggressor in a relationship with an older woman, as an example. (4) Milo believes its normal for a grown man to find a 15 year old girl attractive. (5) Milo had a relationship for 10 years with a man. Milo was 17 at the time; the man was 29. Milo claims this was not abusive. (6) Milo believes some older men and underage (between 16 and 18) boys can have healthy relationships, where the "boy" seeks guidance from the older man. I will note, this is similar to Ancient Greek-style relationships. (7) Lastly, and really the only undeniably damning thing, is that he, as an adult, appears to have witnessed underage guys at Hollywood parties using drugs and having sex with filmmakers.
