  5. <p>Perrin Chiles (Chief Executive Officer &amp; Founding Member) is an Emmy Award-winning producer and writer with a background in private equity, finance and entrepreneurship. Prior to launching Adaptive, Chiles founded In Effect Films to produce socially-conscious documentary films such as the Oscar Short-Listed and Emmy Award-winning Autism: The Musical and the award-winning Splinters. Before moving to Los Angeles, Perrin worked at Elevation Partners, a leading media and entertainment fund, and Silver Lake Partners, a premier technology private equity fund. Perrin graduated from the University of Virginia with a BA Economics &amp; History.</p>

  11. <p>TJ Barrack (Chief Operating Officer, President &amp; Founding Member) has produced, written, and directed a number of award winning documentary films focused on the action sports world as a co-founder of Little House Productions. Since that time he has worked for the private equity firm Colony Capital, focusing on entertainment based investments. He served as Operations Director at Miramax, for which Colony is a primary investor. TJ graduated from the University of Southern California with a BA in English.</p>

  18. <p>Marc Joubert (Head of Business Development &amp; Founding Member) was the Senior Vice President of LivePlanet, the production hub for Matt Damon and Ben Affleck. Marc served as producer on the Emmy-nominated series Project Greenlight, and producer on the feature film Running the Sahara. He was the executive producer on the multiplatform Race to E3 for MTV and XBOX Live; co-producer on the feature films First Descent for Universal and Feast for Dimension; and associate producer on The Battle of Shaker Heights for Miramax Films. Marc graduated from Lake Forest College in Illinois.</p>

  24. <p>Marshall Lewy (Chief Creative Officer & Partner) is a critically acclaimed writer and director whose films include the 2012 Sundance selection California Solo and Blue State. As a screenwriter, Marshall adapted the New York Times' best-selling book Born to Run, to be financed and produced by LD Entertainment, and The Untitled Santiago Morales Project for Ocean Size Pictures. Marshall has also written for the Huffington Post and contributed to the NPR radio program This American Life. Prior to becoming a filmmaker, Marshall worked in feature film development and acquisitions for Fine Line Features. Marshall received his MFA in directing from Columbia University and graduated from Harvard University with a BA in History &amp; Literature.</p>

Rob has worked for two national law firms, a Wall Street investment bank and a major Hollywood studio prior to coming to Adaptive. Rob received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Virginia.</p>

  37. <p>Hayden has worked in several areas of the entertainment industry, gaining insight from both the management and agency ends of the spectrum. He worked directly under the CEO of a boutique record label, Surfdog Records, and then moved on to work for the Vice President of Concerts/Lifestyle at ICM Partners. He is now the assistant to all four partners, as well as a member of Adaptive’s creative team. Hayden graduated from the University of Oregon.</p>
