  29. CAC Dashes through an enemy like Yasuos E, The interrupt is breif like Quinns Vault. And the dash is like forcing an enemy to use Lucians E in a direction that CAC chooses. (meaning not a Huge Hard CC like Headbutt just a tactical pain in the ass)
