Well, yeah, but at least you aren't (or at least don't look like) life threatening obese, and from what I have heard you are actually taking care of it, which is truly amazing, health is one of the top priorities, and the fact that you are doing something to feel better instead of just lay there and hope that things get better by themselves, shows that you are a great person.
