  1. What has been done so far: I looked into our path and found our switch port handoff down. I initially bounced auto-negotiation on this port but saw that the port came up with half-duplex. I reviewed configurations at this point and confirmed this port is intended to run at 100/full hard-coded. As such, I reconfigured this port to 100/full and saw the port restored to this status. I noticed that I could still not ping the customer's router at this point so I looked at a switch further downstream and found the mac-move feature triggered on our switch uplinking to our router. I cleared this feature and the path restored fully at this point:
