- I counted my calories in my diet today and it says the total is only about 797+(dressing and sauce calories)
- calories…. for all the food I ate it seems very low
- bowl of oatmeal,cabbage 130g,chicken breast,oden pack,bowl of oatmeeal,banana,egg,0 calorie jello,cocacola zero150,32,108,182,150,105,70,0,0=total 797
- I calculated my current BMR and it is over 2000 calories per day
- I guess this explains how I am still losing weight with-ought being very active, but the weight is comming off pretty slow , about 1.375KG(3.0313561lbs)

- I dont really feel hungry, I feel like I ate a lot, I just picked very low calorie foods
- I think this means I should reach 100KG(220lbs) in about 3.45 months, if everything continues as is.
- I started my diet on about August 31 2016, so about 2 months ago now, my weight at that time was 130KG(286.601lbs)
- , my current weight as of October 25 2016 is 119KG(262.35lbs)
- I am 181CM tall(about 6 foot “1)
