  7. - allow Omen of Clarity to stack to 2 stacks
  8. Explanation: Currently if you're pooling properly, you can waste stacks of this buff, wasting buff because you are pooling should never occur. More about Moment of Clarity furth below in the talent section.

  10. - allow bloodtalons stacks to be created by either regrowth or entangling roots, no longer consumed by rebirth
  11. Explanation: Nobody wants to combat ress somebody in raids currently because it messes up our rotation, furthermore in pvp we would often prefer to use entangling roots instead of regrowth to provide a minimal amount of cc (no more cyclone anyway).

  13. - baseline rebirth for 5 energy, no longer consumes predatory swiftness
  14. Explanation: Same as above, PvE QoL change

  16. - Savage roar baseline - 20 energy - Finishing move that grants 15% increased damage to your Cat form attacks. Lasts longer per Combo Point (10 - 14 - 18 - 22 - 26)
  17. Explanation: Nerf to % and energy consumption, 2 second overall buff, more on this in the talents. Alternative, bake this % in our damage and remove it.

  19. - Ferocious Bite - 35 energy - Finishing move that causes Physical Damage per combo point (900% AP * [1-5]/5)
  20. Explanation: Slight buff to the damage % (no longer ferocious nibble), changed to flat energy percentage, thus not messing up our pooling by wasting 50 energy for a nibble on the target.

  29. 75 talents:
  30. - Soul of the forest - Your finishing moves grant 15 energy per combo point, increases maximum energy by 50.
  31. - Incarn (same)
  32. - Improved savage roar - Doubles the effect and energy cost of savage roar, increases the duration by 2 seconds.

  34. 90 talents:
  35. - Sabertooth - Ferocious bite deals 15% increased damage and splashes in a 10 yard radius around the caster, always refreshes the duration of rip.
  36. - Jagged wounds (same)
  37. - Frenzied bleeding (name up for grabs) - Your bleeds are affected by haste, you gain 5% haste per active rip, stacking up to a maximum of 5.

  40. 100 talents:
  41. - BrS (same, too lazy to figure something out for this now, it has its uses in lower mythic farming)
  42. - Bloodtalons (same, but qol change as above)
  43. - Moment of clarity -- OoC stacks up to 4, every ooc proc grants 2 charges, increases the damage of Trash, Swipe, Shred by 15% and increases the chance of getting an ooc on a target affected by rip by 5%. Increases energy by 30.
