After Lincoln cleaned up Lily and placed her back to her crib, he went back to his room feeling great.

"Brother, how could you?" Although Lincoln thought no one saw, Lucy had witnessed the heinous acts from the shadows, her hand still gripped the knife that had Lincoln's blood on it

She had slashed his throat, Lincoln touched his neck to see blood, he quickly felt woozy as he tried to gasp for air. Yet no words would come out. The blood splattered on the floor as Lincoln collapsed on his bed.

His eyes could barely open, he could only stare at Lucy with tears and anger that filled her face. "You've committed such a vile act, I cannot allow you to live in physical form. You MUST be terminated”

As Lincoln held his hand over the gaping neck wound, he knew that his life was over, he couldn't even dare to live this down. Lucy was right, he was just a monster that she needed to slay

“Pl-Please Lucy, d-do it”, Lincoln's words hit deep with Lucy that started to tremble her heart. With the knife in her hand, she walked over to Lincoln at his bed and climbed on top of him with the knife aimed at his neck.

Soon tears streamed down Lucy's face as Lincoln began to breathe weakly.

“Don't worry, Lincoln. Although you're a disgusting beast, you were once my brother. I will hold the darkness of your secret with me to the grave”. Lucy says

As Lucy places the knife to Lincoln's throat, he closes his eyes, even with what happened, he was grateful that his sister would not tell a soul, it was a shameless end on his part. Yet he was scared that his secret would ultimately destroy Lucy from the inside out.

Lincoln grabbed the knife, “N-No, tell what I d-did”

Yet Lucy just gripped the knife to his throat, “NO, I won't have this destroy the entire family, after you perish then I will end my life.”

Lincoln felt cold as he started to cough blood, “W-why”

Lucy smiled as her tears started to hit his face, “Because I can't live knowing I killed my brother, so I'm just slaying a demon corrupted him, which requires the sacrifice of my very life to save our family.”

It was too late, there was nothing to say for Lincoln to change her mind, he just closed his eyes with a short smile.

“I-I'm...s-s-sorry, Lu-Lucy”

Lucy paused for a moment to answer.

“It's okay, Lincoln. This wasn't you. Just the demon that made you do it...”

She began cutting his throat, Lincoln started to gag but continued to close his eyes so it could finally end.

“I love you, brother.” Lucy whispered as she quickly cut, she truly wanted Lincoln to at least know this before he died.

The blood had splattered her clothes and some on her face, yet it didn't bother her, she had a quest and that was all that mattered

After a few moments, Lincoln was dead with large gaping slice across his throat was visible. Lucy dropped the knife to look at her work.

“It's done...”

She opened Lincoln's window and looked down, this fall would be enough to kill her with everyone placing the blame on her.

Placing the blame that she was just a sadistic and horrible sister that killed her innocent brother, this was what she wanted. Everyone viewed her as disturbed anyway, yet Lincoln didn't. He loved her no matter what, so to save her brother's legacy from being ruined forever.

She jumped and that was that.
