1:24 AM - [NW-O] Evil Metro: Ever since you came into the picture, Rad as been on "damage control" mode to save your feelings at the detriment of actual progression in the MPF. I've stood by and allowed time for you both to actually try to change the way the MPF operates, and have yet to see actual influence. Guides aren't going to do much when the MPF isn't physically organized as such. And I didn't want to say this, but many people have had the opinion for a while, including the previous SeC, that Rad and you have just been doing whatever you want in those positions while ignoring the help, suggestions, or opinions offered by anyone, including myself. The reason why I've begun making decisions on Rad's behalf is because he refuses to make them himself, such as electing Tyler as DvL even though he has experience and documentation to back him up, refusing even to give him a chance. All while he instantly promoted Alixundr (who I have no problem with at all, I like him) to UNION DvL just because "they talked for a bit", and because he's a friend of yours. Yesterday nearly every valid point that Specky made was ignored because you and Rad view him as an asshole, but guess what? Your personal likes or dislikes of a person don't make their points any more or less valid, and Rad just spent the majority of the conversation defending you no matter what wrongdoing was brought up. Now you're telling me that I haven't given anyone a chance? I've given Rad a hell of a huge chance to improve things, and instead he's gotten overly frustrated due to drama between you and other people, and in the end nothing has changed. Then you threaten to leave just because I felt you're not experienced enough for the role of CmD? That speaks a lot in and of itself. Then finally, you give me shit because I'm trying to actually APPLY change that hasn't been applied by anyone else. I'm not going to allow the server to be jeopardized just because it'll hurt some peoples' feelings. In this position, you have to be completely objective. All I've seen are acts on emotional
