The United States is now effectively a police state due to recently passed Legislation, namely H.R. 1540 (National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012) and H.R. 2055 (Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2012), whereby the indefinite detention without trial or charge for foreign nationals, legal aliens, and US citizens has now been made into law.

Also, with both H.R. 3166 (Enemy Expatriation Act: House of Representatives) and S. 1698 (Enemy Expatriation Act: Senate) launched October 12, 2011 and in progress through both houses, whereby a US citizen can be stripped of his or her citizenship without judicial oversight, the evidence that the United States of America is now a police state is incontrovertible. The four acts above, along with the Patriot Act, clearly illustrate this.

Western governments are either in league with the US Administration or are too cowardly to speak out against it. They have failed in their duty to hold the US Administration to account. Also, Western governments have failed in their duty of care to their citizens in failing to issue a Travel Advisory Notice about the United States of America's status as a police state, thus putting citizens abroad at risk of harm and unlawful imprisonment.

Due to the new status of the USA as a police state, the Dog House, through Anonymous, would like to advise all who are considering travel to or through the USA to avoid it if at all possible. Your governments cannot guarantee protection from unlawful arrest and detention without trial or charge within the territorial limits of the USA. Aside from the intrusive pat downs from the TSA without hope of a happy ending, the fact that you can be disappeared into military custody without Habeas Corpus protection means that the USA is no longer a safe travel destination or onward transit point.

Therefore, the Dog House has decided to issue its own Travel Advisory Notice for the United States of America:

DO NOT travel to, or through, the USA for business or pleasure. It is now a Corporatist (Fascist) Police State. Your safety and freedom cannot be guaranteed by your government should you travel to the USA.
