Why do you want to become staff? (200 words): I would love to be staff as first of all it would be a great experience in role playing not just in this server but in many different servers. I would also love to help out with the starborn gaming community. There is alot on people who decide to come on to the server and want to ruin it so I would love to help out and remove these people who are ruining the fun and role play for many others. I would also love to help the server endorse the rules so they do not get kicked or even worse banned. I also have realised that staff have to leave their tryouts or training to whitelist or help someone that is glitched and I would love to help the people so other staff members dont have to leave there important things and ruining there fun to help the server. If im a staff member i can take people away to talk to them in private if it is from them asking me something to telling them wrong. I also would love to help out in event and make the events as fun as they can be for the server and the community.
What makes you stand out from other people? (150 words): The things that make me stand out from others is that ive been on everyday since ive been in the server and im extremely active. Also I have alot of experiance as I have been 5 regiments already GC, ARC, CTE, 501st and CG. I am also very active on Team Speak. I like to have a laugh but when i need to have serious RP I will. I am also very fair so if there is a situation I will be fair about who is right and wrong and also listen to both sides. I also as i sayed above is that I have no warns/kicked/banned which also shows that i am trustworthy to be a staff.I also stay up very late so i can deal with any problems that occur when most are offline and also i help staff by arresting people who are messing about but staff would make that easier for me. I would also love to help the server endorse.

Why should we pick you to become staff? (300 words):You should pick me for staff because I am always up late at night, and I will then help the community grow with people that are new to the server or may want to join us at peek time. Another reason for you to pick me is because I know the rules of the server and therefore I can teach them to the new players and users to the StarWarsRP. I feel that you should pick me because I feel that I could be a great asset to the team. Also as a CG you can help people stop breaking simple rules but i want to be more than that and help with more serious cases or events. I also think that I will really fit into the staff team by communicating with them, keeping in touch, being friendly and always having a joke around with them every now and then. I will always take time out of my RP time to go SOD and help peoples problems in the server. I would also like to receive as much knowledge of being staff as possible as this is my first time being staff and I feel this is the best place to start. I will be strict if people mess around. This is a serious RP server and I want to make it as serious as I can, and anyone who doesn't want to be serious or FailRPs I will deal with it as fast as i possibly can. I think I will be able to get along well with the staff that already exist. I may be inexperienced but I will always try my hardest to make this the best server that it could possibly reach. I will always listen to my staffing mentor and follow his very orders (hopefully buster as i talk to him and trust him).
I hope to join them in an effort to make this the best SWRP server there is!


What can you do to contribute to the community (150 words): I can help out in events as some event either dont go as planned or the feel the same so i feel i can spice that up. I will also contribute my attention in the training room so people don't have to wait too long to be whitelisted or giving out toolguns to the commanders doing tryout's and training. And getting people out of the elevator who get stuck in it or under it as that has happened to me several times but most of all take the time with teaching new people how SeriousRP actually works and so they will understand all the rules of the server. I really want to join the staff team, Help the server out and help the community grow. I would also love to meet new people by simply just helping them and talking to them. I can also contribute my knowledge of my serious RP as to keep the immersion for the players.


STAFFING SITUATIONS

If a cadet was out of the spawn room/cadet room what would you do?:  I use the !goto and warn him about what he is doing and ask for his reason why he left his room and request a trainer, if he then leaves I will take it to a secure location probably the top of the ship then I will warn him by using the !warn about what he is doing and say if he does it again he will be kicked, If continued i will kick him and say next time he will be banned and if he does it he will be banned.

If someone was RPing as a Donald Trump what would you do?: I would TP to him and ask him to change his name if he ignores that then i would warn him for FailRP and tell him to change it and if he doesnt i would kick him for FailRP, If continued he will be banned.

If someone was going around and had mass RDMd but claimed he was allowed to do so by a T-MOD as part of an event what would you do?: I would take him to a secure location and ask him to type the person who gave him permission soon as he sent it I will screenshot it as evidence and send it to a higher up as it is not my problem to solve.

You see a staff member abuse a user, what should you do?: Record it for evidence and tell him to stop, then show a higher up.
