You tell Graygor: all it seems to me is a retaliation for having Warg, a non-militant, disallowed to vote in your stead. "Because they can't be there" has never been an excuse before, yet now it is. The Leader can name a proxy in their stead from their guild. It has been done before. He had no assistant, and was able to name two proxies to stand in his stead, and in the vacant assistant's stead in a tribunal. You will never prove to me that this is not an act of retaliation against the leaders. You've told me on more than one occasion that the Leaders need to get in line and follow you. You are not in charge of us. You were elected by us. Now do your job right, and stop using this tribunal as a platform for retaliation. Serve the damned overseer, not your fucking "I've been here forever and I know better" pride.
