  3. July 17 2015: The Karma Royal Group has recently announced the opening of their first Karma Retreat, Mayura, in Ubud Bali. Opened on the 1st of July, the property sits on the edge of the river island village of Mas and is a boutique resort for the company’s Karma Retreats brand. The resort offers travelers a bijou collection of 32 guest rooms, each with their own balcony giving sweeping views of the surroundings. The Retreat is specifically tailored to suit the balinese feel and experience and offers limitless and exquisite holiday experiences.

  6. July 16 2015: Karma Royal Group recently launched an innovative new integrated Customer Relationship Management and database management solution. All guest interactions are tracked and recorded in real-time in a single cloud-based platform, available to any of their staff globally. The CRM system leverages on SugarCRM and InBOX25 that runs on a flexible, scalable, pay-as-you-go Amazon Web Services Cloud, managed services from iZeno*.
  7. Prior to this new system, Karma Royal Group’s members and guests data were help in multiple disparate systems and spreadsheets and custom databases in various locations around the world. These had limitations, most of these were recorded offline and manually. Now, all information are stored in real=time from Hotel Property Management Systems, Point of Sale Systems, Spa systems, Beach Clubs, Guest Events, Marketing Systerms. All employees now have access to one single and unified database. They have over 11 million guest profile records and these are increasing. In depth details such as family members, likes and dislikes, social media profiles, preferences and financial data are all stored here. These were aided by CloudTech, based in Auckland, New Zealand.

  12. April 16 2015: Karma Royal Group made key changes to structure of the group of companies and the roles of the people within it, to support the global expansion currently being undertaken. All operations, whether timeshare and fractional sales, managements company, real estate, or business management, sales support and administration will be run through three new divisions:

  16. John Spence will continue to be extremely active in the company, assisted by Gary knowledge as group CEO but also in executive management role within the operational companies, which he will frequently spend time in on a rotating basis and remotely.

  23. March 27 2015: RCI to offer call centre services to royal resorts owners through new agreement.
  24. RCI has signed an agreement with Royal Resorts, one of the international karma Royal Group of companies to offer its owners call centre sercives. RCI Cork in Ireland will provide international member servicing, the exchange company’s Bangalore office will provide service to Indian members, while RCI in Singapore will cover the Asia Pacific. The three RCI offices will jointly provide customised servicing to facilitate the external exchange needs of more than 20,000 Odyssey club members worldwide.
