1) Go to https://developers.facebook.com/apps

2) Click 'Create New App'.

3) Put in any 'App Display Name', any 'App Namespace', check the 'Platform Privacy Policy' box and click 'Continue'.

4) Click 'Open Graph' on the left.

5) Put anything in the 'Action' and 'Object' boxes and click 'Get Started'.

6) Scroll to the bottom of this next screen and click 'Save Changes and Next'. Do the same on the next screen, then 'Save and Finish' on the next.

7) Go back to the Facebook home page, and there should be an invite to use Timelines!
