Hi,
It has come to my attention that a reminder is needed on some of the office rules.

Please note that you should only be taking one short break in the morning and one short break in the afternoon.
A break does not necessarily mean a smoke break but  could also include personal calls, personal internet usage, texting, etc.

Ear phones should not be worn at your desk while working.

Also, keep in mind there are many people working closely in an open office .  Please be aware of this and keep non work related talk down to a minimum.
We all have our own deadlines and although you may not be busy at the time, excessive noise in the office can be distracting to those who are.
