Bio:
Kale was born and raised in a small village in Exsten. He liked the idea of war as it was presented to children, and in his studies was considered a strategic prodigy. However, his weakness was seen as he entered his first fight thru a town bully picking on him. Kale had difficulty handling pain. Though he tried to tough it out throughout the years, Kale never had much success in hardening his skin. However, he had learned how to avoid taking pain by developing good reflexes. As the years carried on and Kale slowly realized what he was apparently destined to go into, the boy grew to fear the military life and the day before his sixteenth birthday, Kale ran away from home. He got out of Exsten as quickly as he could and had to live the life of a thief in order to survive. He had a chance to settle here and there, but never took it in fear that the Extenese were looking for him to bring him back and to the military, even if it was a silly belief. He managed to avoid wanted posters as all his crimes were petty thefts and most of them went unnoticed.
Kale is now of the age of twenty and wanders the lands as he sees fit. Though he no longer fears being forced to do what he doesn't want to, he continues to live the life of a wanderer due to having adapted to such a life. The thief now has a better conscious and tries to earn his keep, even if not always in a way that makes sense to others. If he has a surplus of supplies, he will share. If he finds someone already has too little, he won't add to their misfortune. The man tries to appear cool even at times in which he's ready to scream like a girl on the inside. Sometimes he succeeds. Sometimes he doesn't. Kale can be hard to read at times because of this.
