Battlefield Hardline Recommendations

What we have determined needs to be fixed, modified, or removed:
~Lower the fire rate for the default scout sniper, bolt actions shouldn't be like semi-auto snipers.
~Lower the XP rate for hotwire. 15 points every few seconds is a cheap "boosting method".
~More universal weapons.
~Get rid of weapon licenses being 1,250 kills and make challenges to obtain licenses.
~Enable an in-game report system for challenge boosters.
~XP Cap to stop hotwire 200% objective boosters in full friend games.
~Destroyed bushes, fences and objects provide invisible bulletproof barriers.
~Downpower the RPG in hotwire.
~Include the ability to counter knife attacks and tasers if reaction is fast enough.
~Fix team deathmatch spawning and completely randomize it away from nearby enemies.
~Fix spawning on team mates where we die instantly from behind.
~Ability to unlock patches from enemies you knife back to back twice in a row.
~Change rescue spawn points for captive AIs, they are too close to eachother.
~Only 8 default maps... what are we paying for?
~Fix ability to move before countdown ends in games.
~Custom emblems need to be added for spraypainting in-game.
~Operator is the main class. Add more weapons to other classes.
~Lower cash earning rate. I can earn $100,000 in four games.
~Lower the amount of times in a 10 second period someone can "mark" targets with RB.
~Fix all guns for damage, accuracy, rounds per minute
~Increase prices for weapons and attachments.
~Make some weapon attachments cost money as well as kill-earned.
~Make boosts harder to obtain, remove all useless boosts.
~Make mounted professional cameras able to be looked through as well as automatic.
~Custom made paints at 2,000 kills for weapons that can be made on battlelog.
~Battlefield Veterans (3+ battlefields on record) should earn an in-game tag below their username for killcam.
~Remove the American Dream couch, it is ridicuolous and trolls don't play objectives.
~Lower the effects of gas. If you are within 15 feet you can die in 3 seconds.
~Increase effects of flashbangs.
~Make Hacker available for users with at least rank of 25.
~Kill for kill. Get rid of you killing an enemy and them killing you at the same time.
~Increase game mode time for Rescue and Crosshair.
~Increase Blood Money cash stacks from 150.
~Increase rounds to 11 for Rescue.
~Lower camera spotting for camera coin to 5 spot assists.
~Increase difficulty for gold weaponry.
~Remove the "loadout classes" and make it like old battlefield. 1 loadout per class.
