Kitsune Torekkā

Appearance:

1: Torekka has a warrior's edge hidden by his gentle nature, that destiny believes is his true role, considering his advantages and flaws.
2: A lack of self direction and motivation. Torekka has grown up and been schooled in the Kitsune Mori, which may be strange to outsiders, but is a paradise to him. He has a certain lack of understanding of urgency.
3: That if they had their way they would serve solely in the Kitsune Mori, despite their great potential.
4: They have a certain serenity that, if properly focused, would make them dangerously self assured.
5: A Bushi, guarding their homelands, living a quiet life.
6: He doesn't sing so much as hum (which is a bit idiosyncratic). He is considering learning the flute to make that less weird.
7: His brother can do no wrong.
8: What is a movie? While graceful plays are what he enjoys most socially, he deeply enjoys Crab helmet plays.
9: Spring robes, worn loosely, green, orange, and red, mixing his new clan colors with his families in an autumn pattern. He would rather go barefoot, but that would be uncouth.

45: He is utterly unafraid of wild animals in any context. He grew up in the Kitsune Mori, has the protection of his ancestors, and can literally talk to them. If a bear intruded on his camp he would have a nice chat with it, not run away.

Ally: Kakita Kakuei was a woodcrafting artisan who visited Kyuden Kitsune very late in Torekkā's schooling to visit some old friends at the dojo. While the Kitsune have an unrivaled history of woodcraft, Torekkā wasn't extremely interested in it, never really putting much effort into it when it was taught. It was not required for Gempuku and he felt like he lacked talent, but many of Kakuei's projects were made publicly, mixing Kakita and Kitsune style, and Torekkā managed to make a good first impression despite his utter lack of talent based purely off his curiosity and desire to learn.
Rival: Torekkā has no rivals! What are you talking about? Who? Moshi Anzu? Who is he? What? Destroyed sculptures? No no that was the birds, and Torekkā never told them to do that. A rivalry over that would be silly...
Nemesis: Suzume Naoki, a Sparrow Courtier, is his arch enemy. Except neither knows the other is. Fate has caused their paths to cross multiple times throughout all of their lives, and every meeting has escelated the bad fortune they cast upon the other. It has come to a head with Suzume Naoki's offhanded comment lead to a strange series of events that ended with Kitsune Shou being sent out to serve the clan. Neither is 100% sure how this happened, but both are vaguely aware that despite bearing no ill will towards each other bad things keep happening whenever they run into each other.
