It is possible to reset the speedrun timer and your position using the reset button in the pause menu, but this does not reset everything in the level. For example, you can position the block in Heart of the Sandpit, summon the tower, then reset the level and complete the tower. Your final time is only counting you traveling to and completing the tower.
