  1. This, along with some other processes, have recently appeared in the process list. I looked everywhere for a fix and I can't find one. No, there isn't any high CPU/Mem/Disk usage. My memory is usually at around 28% with Chrome, Steam, and Skype running. (not sure if that's normal or not) but it's been like that since the beginning. My main problem is that I'm no longer able to install windows updates or install anything that downloads via Windows Features (such as Net Framework). I did a MalwareBytes and Avast scan, both found nothing. Did a registry scan with CCleaner, nothing. Did a damn system restore and it's STILL there.

  11. Does anybody know WHY these processes say Network Restricted/No Network? Like, what causes this to happen? Or am I stupid and the Network Restricted/No Network is normal? On top of this windows won't update and I can't enable .NET Framework 3.5. Everything is going wrong and I'm getting real fed up with it.
