  1. MyFitnessPal (MFP). If you are trying to track your weight at all, this is the app for you. Search any food or drink from eating out to homemade recipes, and almost always you'll be able to log it. With the help of this app, and the 50 reddit friends I added on it, I lost 35 lbs this summer. Highly recommended!
