10:35 - NUANCE/NEGLIGIBLE – “your uniforms” --> “Goku Uniforms” -- Not very clear at this point whether no-star uniforms are considered to be "Goku Uniforms", but in context he should only be referring to ones with recognizable superpowers.

This line was supposed to be utterly unreasonable nonsense as display of power or brainwash, like in 1984. Literal "xxx is yyy" or "Only in xxx, will you find yyy" would work.
*3:47 - NUANCE/SCRIPTWRITING - "Do not lie to yourself! Accept them like cattle you are!" --> "Surrender yourselves to these indisputable facts, you walking pigs!" -- 「豚」 has no connotation of following the herd and it's just a random insult to belittle them. What's more important in this line is the "(indisputable) fact" part, which she had specifically chosen to repeat when she didn't have to, so that part should've been exaggerated instead.
