General Rules

1. Do NOT harass other players in any way.

2. Do NOT impersonate any form of staff/administration.

3. Do NOT hack, script, or threaten to DDOS.

4. Do NOT MASSRDM. ( Meaning: Mass Random Deathmatching ) - ( Example: Buying a gun then randomly walking up to someone and killing them. )

5. Do NOT NLR. ( Meaning: New Life Rule ) - ( Example: Getting killed and returning to your position of death under 3 minutes. )

                                                       6. Do NOT RDA. ( Meaning: Random Arresting ) - ( Example: Becoming a cop/swat running around using your arrest baton to put people in jail, they also                                                            lose their weapons and printers if any in their pocket. )

7. Do NOT use disturbing sprays in the server(this only applies if any nudity or gore is exposed).

8. Do NOT ask for refunds if the server crashes, this is not our fault.

9. Do NOT use the motd against admins, they will have permission to kick you (2 day ban if you come back continuing).



Building Rules

1. Do NOT abuse the fading door tool ( Example: Open it to shoot at raiders and then close it to prevent damage being done to you ) .

2. Keypads MUST be working, able to have raiders get in or out using their keypad crackers, have a hold length of at least 5 seconds, and be visable to see. ( Do not hide your keypads/buttons. )

3. Players MUST be able to enter and exit your building without having to destroy any props. (Do otherwise and admins have permission to remove your props.)

4. Do NOT build inside unowned buildings or ones that you do not own.

5. Do NOT build out on the streets or anywhere public. However, Hobos are an exception. They can build on the sidewalks and park areas. not the streets. ( You are not allowed to build on the sidewalk infront of someone's base )

6. Do NOT build maze bases. ( Any sort of base that is not easy to navigate through is considered a maze base. )

7. Do NOT block off large parts of the map unless you have 8+ players in your group/gang. ( You MUST have the same gang name with all 8 people or else your base can be removed. )

8. NO Mega Basing. ( Example: Building an entire base out of props and to the extent where it lags the server, or just building a base out of props completely unless you are a hobo. )

9. NO concentration camps, Nazi regalia, or inappropriate structures.

10. NO offensive material on text signs and keep your signs in role-play. ( No random signs )

11. NO Sky bases. ( Example: Bases that aren't on the ground but leave walking room under them )

12. You CANNOT tie your cars to the world with ropes to avoid them from being stolen.

13. You CANNOT draw or use the rope tool to make disturbing pictures.

14. You CANNOT own more than one building. ( Admins have permission to kick you if you refuse to unown a building. )

15. You CANNOT use world glow on your buildings, if you are found using this it can result in a one day ban.

16. Use of any exploits/Alt+E glitching is against the rules. ( Example: sitting on props and or people then getting off to get into bases above you, or just sitting down not to get shot )

17. While building, put up a sign that states "BUILDING" to let others know not to mess with you. Once you are finished building, remove the sign. ( While building, you should not have any printers or other entities. If you do, those entities can be removed by an administrator. )


Raiding/Mugging Rules


1. Possible raiding/mugging jobs are in the gang related jobs. ( If you mug in any other class you may be warned / kicked )

3. You MUST advert Raid and Raid Over. (EX: bind t "say /advert Mug Drop $1000 or die)

4. You MUST wait 3 minutes in between raiding/mugging. ( you must wait 5 minutes in between raiding the same person or base. )

5. You CANNOT raid the PD from inside a base, you also cannot raid an obviously empty/open base. That's RDM. (Example: Raiding from inside your own base or another base and or Raiding a hobo base that obviously has nothing in it. )

6. You can NOT damage someone and then mug them. (This would be considered RDM)

7. You MAY raid someone who is already being raided as long as you completely raid the base and do /advert Raid Assist . (Do not just kill the existing raiders)

8. You MAY counter raid as long as you are of a raiding class and/or Civil Protection. (See rule 1)

9. You MUST advert when you mug someone.

10. Do NOT charge over $1000 when you mug someone.

11. Do NOT break FearRP when being mugged/kidnapped ( Pulling out a gun and shooting them ) however you may run but be aware you may be killed.

12. Do NOT try to mug someone when they are running or moving, you are only allowed to mug when someone is not moving.

10. You MUST warn someone three times before killing them, if you do otherwise it would be considered RDM.


Purge Rules

1. During the purge NLR and RDM is permitted.

2. Do NOT kill someone that is inside a building, this would be considered RDM.

3. When the purge is over you MUST stop. ( Do not kill someone right after the purge is over and say its the purge. )

4. Spawn camping is not allowed. ( Ex: Standing by a corner or place they cant see you and kill them when they walk out. )

5. Hobos are still not allowed to use any gun over a pistol. ( This includes the pistol with a scope. )

6. You are not allowed to drive cars and or camp in them during the purge.

7. You are not allowed to shoot from or into buildings.


Job Rules

Citizen :

You can base but you cannot own printers.

 This is NOT a raiding/mugging class.


Banker :

You must store printers.

Taking printers and not returning printers is not allowed and or is letting people collect their money when requested is not allowed.

You are not allowed to base with any other class.

 you must work on your own or with other bankers.

 This is NOT a raiding/mugging class.


Hitman :

You cannot accept more than 3 hits on the same person within 20 minutes or it will be seen as harassment.

You MUST advert Hit complete.

You may not base.

This class may only raid to finish their hit, but they cannot steal.

You CANNOT mug.


Hobo :

You may not base or build in the middle of the streets.

 After a warning is given for throwing bug bait and/or shoes at people, they may kill you.

 All hobo buildings must be open. ( This means there should be no keypads to walk into your base/house. )

You cannot own any guns over a pistol. ( This includes the pistol with a scope. )

 You cannot own printers.

This is NOT a raiding/mugging class.


Kidnapper :

The max time you can hold someone for is 10 minutes.

You may also charge a maximum of $10,000 for their release.

 There is a 5 minute cooldown on kidnapping people, and 20 minutes for the same person.

This is NOT a raiding/mugging class.


Medic :

You may base and own printers.

 This is NOT a raiding/mugging class.


Pet :

You cannot own weapons.

You are only allowed to raid if your owner is raiding, do not use your guns only your biting swep.

 You cannot participate on raids.

 You cannot own a base.

 This is NOT a raiding/mugging class.


Security Guard :

You have to be basing with someone else.

You may own printers.

This is NOT a raiding/mugging class.


Taxi Driver :

You may base and own printers.

 This is NOT a raiding/mugging class.


Civil Protection :

You cannot base or own printers.

 baton rushing is not allowed.

This is NOT a raiding/mugging class.

You are allowed to counter crime without adverting warnings.


Mayor :

You can only base in the PD, you are not allowed to hide in someone elses base for protection.

You cannot own printers.

 You may own any class of weapon.

As a mayor you are not allowed to make rules that restrict a type of movement or any racist rules.

 If we ask you to remove a rule you have to or this will result in a kick.

This is NOT a raiding/mugging class.


S.W.A.T. :

You cannot base or own printers.

 This is NOT a raiding/mugging class.


Black Market Dealer :

Cannot sell anything to hobos.

Cannot buy guns for themselves.

 You may base and own printers.

 This is NOT a raiding/mugging class.


Gun Dealer :

You cannot buy weapons for yourself.

You may base and own printers.

 This is NOT a raiding/mugging class.


Heavy Arms Dealer :

Cannot sell anything to hobos.

Cannot buy guns for themselves.

 You may base and own printers.

 This is NOT a raiding/mugging class.


Strip Club Manager :

You can base and own printers as well as have weapons.

This is NOT a raiding/mugging class.


Prostitute :

 You can base and own printers.

This is NOT a raiding/mugging class.


Italian Gangster :

 You can base and own printers.

You cannot kidnap.

 You cannot raid other Italian gangsters unless you change your job name to something else.

(/job Example Name) This IS a raiding/mugging class.


Italian Mob Boss :

You can base and own printers.

You cannot kidnap.

You cannot force your gang to mass RDM/break the rules in any way.

 This IS a raiding/mugging class.


Russian Gangster :

 You can base and own printers.

You cannot kidnap.

 You cannot raid other Russian gangsters unless you change your job name to something else.

(/job Example Name) This IS a raiding/mugging class.


Russian Mob Boss :

You can base and own printers.

You cannot kidnap.

You cannot force your gang to mass RDM/break the rules in any way.

 This IS a raiding/mugging class.


Thief :

You can base and own printers.

You cannot kidnap.

 This IS a raiding/mugging class.


VIP Job Rules



Batman :

You are allowed to counter crime. ( This means you have to advert it. )

 You can base and own printers.

 You cannot kidnap.

 This is NOT a raiding/mugging class.


DJ :

This is the ONLY job that is allowed to micspam. (Note you must have a somewhat quality mic to do so.)

 You can base and own printers.

 You cannot kidnap.

 This is NOT a raiding/mugging class.


Deathstroke :

You are allowed to counter crime. ( This means you have to advert it. )

 You can base and own printers.

 You cannot kidnap.

 This IS a raiding/mugging class.


Joker :

You are allowed to counter crime. ( This means you have to advert it. )

 You can base and own printers.

 You cannot kidnap.

 This IS a raiding/mugging class.


Pro Hitman :
