  1. Hello. I'm writing this post to make my decision to return easier to explain, so I don't have to write it multiple times if people ask me what's up. Feel free to read if you want to. It's meant to be a way to express my thoughts too, so if you like reading these types of things then have fun. If not, that's fine. I don't want this to be a big stink or anything.

  3. Okay. Some of you may be wondering why I have chosen to return to being an Administrator on Cyberscore, seeing how I made my resignation reasoning clear in my resignation article in July 2016, detailing why I decided to step down. I owe you guys an explanation seeing as it is weird to go from that clear-cut decision to a reversal in a relatively short amount of time (in my eyes). The decision was one I had been contemplating for a week or more based on how events played out over the past few months. Upon a recent review of my own free time situation and personal state, I feel I can step back into the role again and handle it properly this time. I had chatted with a couple people for advice and due to those discussions, I realize more clearly that all aspects of Cyberscore are meant to be fun things, especially staff positions (not a daily job day in and out). It's meant to be volunteer work, and as much as people choose to focus on the site, that's the nature of the position and meaning of the site. It is what it is: a place to compete, enjoy yourselves, and have fun doing so. I had been taking the position quite seriously before, and I think that affected how I did things (in a slightly negative way at times). So, upon my return, I'll be doing things differently and keeping that in mind always. I am sorry to those who were affected by my decisions in the past that were made on a more strict or serious tone (regarding staff shuffling and various things); I had a clouded mind in that regard.

  5. Although I am making this decision, I definitely feel stepping away for a while was a good idea. I gained experience, learned how to manage my time better, and gained new perspective. I will be in this position for the long haul, and will do as much as I can on a reasonable basis. I probably won't be able to go in hardcore and do stuff every single day like I used to (and that is one of my key points to be aware of), but at least I can be of some use again. I apologize for the confusion some may have about my return, I don't want that at all. If you have any specific questions, feel free to contact me personally. Thanks for reading.
