So,  hi.

I hosted a training today and think it went pretty well. Mary came to supervise the training. Near the end, she and I had a disagreement when one of the members killed people in line and tried to kill me. She kicked her, and I tried to ban her at the same time. She said that I was supposed to kick first and was very passionate about it for some reason. I told her that I was going to ban anyone who kills in line, especially the host, and that it has been done like that in PL as long as I remember. She took this as disrespect for some reason and shut my training down even though it wasn't done and demoted me.

Her other reasons for demoting were for "not knowing how to host a training in the slightest" and "and not taking the responsibility to mess around with the holo before you hosted".

I have to say, I think her reasons for demoting me are complete bogus. I never disrespected her, just disagreed with her. She tends to be really sensitive about people disagreeing with her, so I guess she just took it the wrong way. I'm still baffled by her saying this though because I honestly meant no disrespect.

And I'm insulted that she'd say I don't know how to host a training. I may be a bit rusty with being a host but have so much experience with it. I've been in PL for 2 years and know how things are done. She was picking at every mistake I made too in a weird way. And I still see no reason as to why that would cause me to be demoted from OiT. It's a rank for learning how to be an HR for God's sake! I've seen much less experienced HRs be put at that rank.

Then there's the part of me not figuring out the Holo commands beforehand. For one, she claimed that she told me to do that earlier and that I didn't listen to her but I don't remember her ever telling me that. I also didn't go beforehand because I (incorrectly, I'll admit) thought I knew the controls since I've hosted once before. I was wrong, so it took me a bit to figure them out but I did. Either way, I still don't know why this is something to demote me over. I know the controls now and will be able to use them in the future.

I think I was also right with my disagreement with her.  I think she might've had some bias because the user who killed was also a friend of hers. For as long as I remember, PL has been very strict about people killing each other in line. In one of your forum posts, you say,

"Killing at events when you're clearly not supposed to will grant you removal from the game and possibly the group. Such as if everyone is in line at the Honor Grounds and you kill them. You'll be destroyed, banned, and exiled from more groups than just Prime Legion if possible."

I seriously have no idea why there's anything wrong with me banning someone for killing others in line and the host.

I used to not really care about my rank and was in PL only because I liked it, but I recently have wanted to be HR to help PL get active again. My motivation for this rank was only to help the group. I don't think it's fair for me to be demoted because I disagreed with someone or because I made a few mistakes. So I'm requesting you override Mary's decision and return my rank back.
