  31. 3.) Open the "Windows" folder
  32. 4.) Open the "System32" folder inside the "Windows" folder
  33. 5.) Open the "drivers" folder inside the "System32" folder
  34. 6.) Now open "etc" then edit the file in there named "hosts" (edit with any text editor you have)
  35. 7.) Now to the last line of this file, add the following: 80.82.69.148 quantumbooter.net (then save)
  36. 8.) Open command prompt, and flush your DNS: ipconfig /flushdns
